Welcome to
Journey of a wildflower

Hi I'm Amy Keever, and welcome to my little safe corner.....

Journey of a Wildflower is rooted in four rhythms: Create, Nourish, release, and Grow.
To create is to lose yourself in color and shape—through art that heals, play that frees, and expression that speaks what words cannot.

To nourish is to tend to your body and spirit with vibrant, plant-based food—each dish a celebration of beauty, connection, and care.

To release is to make space for stillness, reflection, and rituals that remind you who you are beneath the noise.

And to grow is to remain curious, try new things, with a brave heart, and to bloom in unexpected places.

This is a living, breathing journey—one of wonder, restoration, and becoming. Welcome. You belong here.

Why these four rhythms?

Because true healing doesn’t come from focusing on just one part of ourselves—it asks for all of us.
I realized that the wholeness I was seeking required the full involvement of my heart: to create with freedom, to nourish with intention, to release what I no longer needed, and to grow into someone braver and more at peace.
These four rhythms—Create, Nourish, release, and Grow—hold space for that kind of layered, cyclical healing.

why I keep showing Up

I believe we’re all carrying something—grief, dreams, questions, untold stories.
I’ve learned that healing doesn’t come in one big moment; it comes in tiny, sacred acts of care.
A brushstroke. A quiet meal. A letter. A walk. A risk.

I’m sharing my journey not because it’s polished, but because it’s real.
If anything here helps you feel less alone, more seen, more free—then it’s already enough

What You’ll Find Along the Journey

This isn’t a place for perfection—it’s a space for presence.

Here, we make room for creativity, curiosity, and care in all their beautiful mess.

You might find:

  • A mosaic in progress, reminding us that even broken pieces can become something breathtaking

  • A plant-based recipe, plated like art, rooted in healing and joy

  • A quiet ritual—like lighting a candle, writing a letter, or gathering herbs in the early morning

  • A brave experiment: starting a garden, honoring how far you’ve come stepping into a new role, or trying something that feels both terrifying and true

You’ll hear stories, see beauty, and be invited to reconnect—with your senses, your purpose, your softness, and your strength.

Whether you come here to be nourished, inspired, or simply held—you’re part of the journey.

Fresh Buds

Every act of creativity, every quiet moment, every brave yes—this is how we grow wild and whole.

where this road unfolds

This journey will come to life each week on YouTube, where we’ll explore one rhythm at a time—Create, Nourish, release, and Grow—like petals opening gently with each season.

Some weeks you might find me in the studio working on a mosaic or flipping through my sketchbook.

Other times, we’ll be in the kitchen plating a vibrant dish or steeping a butterfly Pea flower tea together. We might pause for a soft ritual, a handwritten note, or even wander into a new experience I’ve never tried before.

I’ll be sharing what’s real—what’s healing me, what’s inspiring me, what’s waking up the parts of me that went quiet for a while. Expect beauty, mess, laughter, slow mornings, stories from the heart, and a few surprises I’ve been keeping tucked away just for you.

Together, we’ll keep returning to these four rhythms—not as a checklist, but as a way of coming home to ourselves again and again.

Come Wander with me....

You don’t have to do anything fancy to join this journey.
Watch a video. Try a recipe. Write something tender in the quiet.
Light a candle before you make art or go outside just to notice.

You’re already enough, exactly as you are.
But if you want to walk this path with me,

I’d be honored.

With love,

Amy
